Open and inspect before you pay
Orders are cash on delivery, so you can open the box and check your socks before you pay. You only keep what you're happy with.
Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the tags on. For hygiene reasons, worn socks can't be returned unless they arrived defective.
How to return
Message us on WhatsApp at +20 155 873 8913 or email info@bird-mart.com with your order number, and we'll arrange the pickup or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds for returned items are issued as store credit or by your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.
